Satellite problem

Some of my devices show in the Orbi app as being connected to the satellite and other devices as being connected to the main unit. However the network map shows the satellite off-line and a purple Dot instead of green.  What is going on, can anyone help?

    It sounds like you're talking about the app..??  Many have found the app to unreliable.
