Most of the time rebooting and resetting these devices eliminates the problems, that users are having, caused by the Orbi. Unfortunately they are so tired of hearing the suggestion ovrer and over, that they stay frustrated a lot longer than it takes to just do a Reboot or Factory Reset.

I have similar issue. The connect dropped frequently. I noticed that it happened after the installation of firmware v2.5.1.16. Is there anyway to go back the previous version?

After you upgraded to 2.5.1.16 did you reboot your system? If you have satellites, dod they upgrade as well?
I have many many systems running on 2.1.1.15 with no issues. Most all of them upgraded from the previous firmware. After firmware update, I only had to reboot the systems.
