satellite will not connect

RBK50 satellite will not connect , blinks white then just stops ?  Help , worked for 1 day now will not connect ?

yes white just goes away stops blinking on both

if the white goes away, that means you're good to go...

 

what makes you think the sat is NOT connected or connecting?

 

I hope you're not using the app, if so, try logging in at the web using the login there.
