Second Orbi Satellite no connecting

Hi,

I have the Orbi RB50 router and satellite running successful for some time, I decided to add another satellite to help with wifi reception upstairs. I bought a single RBS50 unit, connected it to the system, on the web GNU it showed up and said system needed a firmware upgrade, I did as asked and since then only the 2 previous units upgraded and connected, the new satellite just sits in the corner flashing its white light and won't connect.

I have tried factory resetting

Tried powering everything off and on

Tried connecting to it via ethernet but it has no ip and I can't log into it to perform a manual firmware upgrade

pretty frustrated at this point!
