Selling my RBR40

I'm selling my Orbi RBR 40 system and want to know how to have the new owners register it. I can't find a way to unregister.  So do the new owners just go through the normal setup process or will they be denied access?

    I would contact NG support to ensure the system gets fully un-registered correctly.

      The question I have is how do I do that. The web site tells me I'm not entitled to any support and doesn't offer a way for me to email or chat. Any advice would be appreciated.
