Selling Orbi CBR40

I've sold my Orbi CBR40 and need it deactivated and removed from my account.  It appears as though I need a moderator to help?  Help, please.

I’ve sent messages to both moderators without reply. Any thoughts on how long it usually takes? The buyer is getting understandably frustrated.
