Selling Used Orbi Router and Satellite Question...
Hello all, I wish to sell to a friend overseas an unused RBR50 and satellite.
Can anyone advise to which countries these items cannot be shipped to or where I can find a list?
I do not want to run afoul of the law.

Maybe if you identify the country? Also, the scope of the question. For example, "countries where export of US technology is prohibited." Or, "countries where the allowable WiFi frequencies and power levels are different from the US."
If the question is about WiFi, then I am pretty sure the sender has no responsibility "to the law". The receiver may run afoul of regulations if the product is not reconfigured to meet local standards.
The country is Cape Verde Islands.
I know there are certain countries where certain 'tech' equipment cannot be sent.
So, I was hoping by posting the message someone could point me to a list, which I have tried doing an internet search for, yet with some of your input I will redo the search changing terms.
