Set up help

Hi. I have a RB23 kit and having all sorts of set up issues. I've now just realised that Netgear don't do normal support like telephone or live chat. I always swore never to buy products from companies that cut that out but here I am. Do I need to list all my issues on here? Thanks for any help and if I'm mistaken on the support issue please let me know :)

    You have 90 days phone and chat support. When did you buy your Orbi?
    You need to register your product to be able to get support.
