Set up issue - NBN FTTP / Orbi RBR50 - Australia

Greetings!   (context) Have been connected to FTTC for a whoile now using an Archer C60 which has been good with no issues at all, however just in the process of moving house to a place with FTTP ...

    Problem resolved.
    Took them to work to check, basically appears the set up didn't complete properly. Firmware updated and all appears to be good.🙏

Have you tried setting it up using a pc instead of the app? I'm not a huge fan of the app process. 

What ONT do you have? 

what firmware is on it? (might have updated and factory reset itself)
