Setting up Orbi Voice with Amazon Alexa

Problem is solved. I had a workaround - I used another Android phone to setup and link the Orbi Voice (RBS40V) with Amazon Alexa.
Thank you both for trying to help.
I've already uninstalled Alexa and Orbi apps hoping that the login account would be deleted so I can re-enter the correct one but to no avail. ****
