Setup Orbi 404 not found
Trying to setup home network. Modem is arris surfboard SB6190. Orbi dual band router and satellites. All hardware connected and light indicators appropriate. The local network exists and I can join it, but there is no internet service on the LAN. When I try to connect to the local network directly via my phone, it sees the network, but it gives me a 404 not found error when I try to join?? Losing my mind!!!

Losing my mind!!!It sometimes helps to be very precise about terminology. Some troubleshooting steps that are generally recommended:
- Verify that the ethernet cable connects from the WAN (yellow) port on the Orbi router to the modem.
- Try a different ethernet cable "just in case".
- The WiFi name that appears is the SSID printed on the product label.
- On the phone WiFi settings, selecting the Orbi WiFi and entering the password on the product label is successful.
The phone shows "connected" - The next step is opening a web browser on the phone, entering a web address and getting the 404 error?
Any web site? The Orbi router using "http://orbilogin.net"? The Orbi router using http://192.168.1.1? - Is there a computer or laptop with an ethernet port that can be connected directly to the modem to confirm that it is working?
