Singtel TV with Netgear Orbi

Does anyone know if it is possible to use the Orbi wifi solution to replace the Singtel provided router and still allow internet (through fibre sconnection) and Mio TV to work in Singapore or does the Orbi router have to sit on top of the Singtel provided router? 

 

I know that you can configure Linksys routers (with pre-configured drop down options) to do this but I wasn't sure if this is possible to do with the Orbi and if it was, how you could accomplish this with detailed steps?
