Slow Internet Speed with Orbi RBR40 When Directly Plugged into Router

As the title says. When I have my desktop plugged into the router, I'm only getting about 15mbps, versus the 120mbps when I plug into the modem.

Anyone know what the issue is? I'm about to toss this thing in the trash. Nothing but a headache since I realized it was killing my internet.

    What FW is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the IP modem the Orbi is connected too?

     

    How are you speed testing? Browser with a speedtest site or browser with routers speedtest app?
