SLOW INTERNET
I get 400 mbs to the modem, then drops to 20 to 50 mbs...I have Spectrum original Modem and Orbi system routers. Spectrum techs have replaced the modem once and I got 200 mbs from modem thru routers...can I replace the Spectrum modem with a NETGEAR modem?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is the speed test thru a wired connection or wireless?What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
