Slow speeds and dropping connection

I have orbi, used for about 8 months with no issues, the last few weeks it’s been slow speeds and losing connection. If I connect to food router I have good internet. Also I am on latest firmware 2.1

Did the drop in performance happen around the same time that you went to the 2.1 firmware, or before? If it coincided with the new firmware, you might want to try reverting to the previous (V2.0.0.76) firmware and see if you still have problems or not.
