Slow upload speeds at night with RBR50

Something weird started happening about 6 weeks ago where every single night, roughly from 8pm to 11pm, my upload speeds slow to a crawl. It will go from it's usual speed of 20mbps to anywhere from ....

I udpated the firmware, and I'm going to do a test directly from the modem tonight. Like I said, I suspect it's still a Spectrum issue but may as well continue to try and assess everything I can.

    I was able to test directly from the modem and have determined it's not an issue with the Orbi, so back to Spectrum support I go, groan.
