Slower speed from modem to Orbi

Testing with a wired PC? Try a different wired PC to compare.
Ok, finally had a moment to test and I tried plugging my cat6 cable to modem. Tested 920Mbs. If I plug cable to ORBI I get only 750Mbs still. Tried several speed test sites and all the same.
- Anyone have any idea or do I need to get a different router?
I've read on here of some orbi's not able to fully max out gigabit connections. Mine does. Not sure why yours doesn't or if its an issue of the version of firmware you're on. You can try downgrading. I'm not sure at what version it auto updates though. I know that auto update feature has been removed but not sure when.
I'd try a downgrade and reset and see if it works.
do you fully max out your gigabit connections? the only time I've found that I even come close is for speedtesting. thats it. (not saying its not good to have and the device should support it)
