Smart tv

My WiFi works but all the apps on my smart tv won’t connect to the internet and they won’t start but all my apps on my iPhone and iPad work except I can’t download any apps or update them

    Is this in regards to an Orbi system or your TV and iPhone not working?

    What modem are you using? 

    What router are you using? 

    Firmware on router?

    Are you running a modem/router combo device and an additional router? I've noticed on the forums that Apple has issues updating when you're in a double nat situation.
