Sold my Orbi - How do I remove it from my profile?

How does one disassociate an Orbi from ones account?  Sold it.

    What seems to have worked for others in this situation (both sellers and buyers) is to send a private message to one of the forum moderators by clicking on their screen name. (moderators have a "capital N" after their name where the rest of us have some goofy symbol).  Include enough information to allow them to contact you and fix the situation (name, email, model & serial number).  Netgear prefers that users not post personal information in the public forum.

     

    I have no idea why Netgear does not provide an on-line method  to remove products.

        Reason: I keep giving this advice, and am not entirely sure whether people have success or if they simply give up.
