Solid magenta LED
First, my 90-day support doesn’t expire until the end of next month. Why can’t I contact Netgear directly??
Second, I am trying to determine if my Orbi router was ruined when lightning struck a power pole near my house. I have a solid magenta LED. I have confirmed the modem is working properly. I have restarted both the modem and the Orbi several times. What next?
