Some devices not connecting
I have some "dumb" devices that have disconnected from my network overnight and refuse to reconnect (Synology NAS, Ooma Telo, Phillips Hue Bridge, and a few others). Apple and Windows devices connect to Orbi (and Internet) perfectly fine. All devices get addresses from DHCP, except for the NAS.
Here's what I've tried with no success:
- Unplugging cable modem for 15 seconds (before I knew it wasn't that)
- Unplugging "dumb" network switch for 15 seconds
- Unplugging Orbi for 30 seconds
- Downgrading to 2.3.5.30 (this fixed the major problems I had last time I posted, but not today!)
- Unplugging Orbi for 60 seconds
- Upgrading back to 2.5.1.8
I am absolutely stumped.
After some more investigating, I finally found the problem.
One of my TiVo Minis needed a reboot.
