Some error occurred while enabling/disabling remote management

The attached screen shot is about firmware update, not Remote Management. Can you please post a picture of the error message?

Geez, "some error" is not particularly helpful. This appears not to be the first time someone has run across this. A Google search for that phrase turned up a number of hits, not all of them on the Netgear Orbi. This forum post seems to indicate a solution:

I am not entirely certain which "reset" this use did (there are two). Just pressing a sharp object (such as an unbeent paperclip) into the tiny "Reset" hole for 1 second will "reset" the Orbi and restart it. A more drastic step is to perform a "Factory Reset":

There is a chance that people who pariticipate in the community forum specifically for the Orbi "app" may have more insight.
