"something went wrong" error when trying to login

Hi,   I am trying to change my email address for MYNETGEAR account so it will update on my Orbi as well but everytime I try to login with my I get an error that says "something went wrong, please...

      Yup, waiting for a while made this message go away. It would've been nice to have a message, please wait a few minutes and then retry as part of that message.
