Sonos and Orbi

If setting Orbi to AP mode solved the Sonos issues then that means that the ISP modem to which Orbi is connected is also a router. Usually Sonos and similar network components will have issues to work in networks with multiple routers.
If you want to set Orbi back in router mode then please make sure to bridge the ISP router.
