Sonos on Orbi
I just Installed an Orbi AC1200 Dual Band mesh Wifi and it works well. I am trying to hook up a Sonos Beam and Play 1 speakers for surround sound on my TV. I get everything set up and then Sonos says I need to update the Controller software. As it starts to update the controller it gives me error message 1101 and tells me to try again. It wont let me past this point. Any ideas?

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Contact Sonos about this issue to see if they have help and information regarding there product.
