Speed issue please help:)

Hello Guys I bought Orbi wifi system because I belive its gona increase my speed limits. I still believe it do but probably im doing something wrong. So i setup all the things and after that my speed limit are :

15 ms
 DOWNLOAD
11.88 Mbps
 
 UPLOAD
2.30 Mbps

    what is the orbi connected to for internet ?

     

    as the speeds look like adsl

      I bought orbi to increase my speed on internet because its working really slow I connected orbi to my motorolla modem ;/ can u help me with that? dpo you have facebook so we can speak? thank u

        your internet speed is goverened by the plan you have , what is actually slow ?

         

        sorry i dont do 1 on 1 fault finding and hate facebook lol 

         

        i can help you here if you like but you need to explain whats slow as the orbi can do about 350Mbps through its wan and the wifi keeps up happily with that
