What FW is currently loaded?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Now, with this Orbi, I have been experiencing major ping spikes. It will go from the normal of ~36 to 1000+. The game we "freeze" and then fix itself around 1.5 seconds after. I've tried factory reset, disabling and enabled portforwarding, updating firmware, pretty much everything, but the problem stil persists. Any ideas or soluions? Thanks.
