SRR60 stuck on solid white after firmware update

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi Pro (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. After troubleshooitng & several reboots I bit the bullet & reset to factor default settings. Much to my disappointment, still solid white ring... can't connect, can't login - nothing, just a brick.
