Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Thanks for the help.
Do you know how to get L2 support to contact me? They told me to collect Debug logs and now aren't calling me back. THey have promised 4 times to call me back

Do you have a support ticket open still, if you do, keep poking them there. They should contact you.
There are known issues with v4 FW on Orbi AX systems. You might find some help and suggestions while you wait on NG support.You can send a PM to a forum moderator as well to check this ticket.
