Streaming and Google Home

Purchased and connected   the orbi  wife router and satellite today.    HBO and Showtime are no longer streaming .  Google Home is also not connecting to the new wifi system.  Any ideas?

    Called support. They walked me through a firmware update. All is good.

    What device is the Orbi connected to?  (brand and model)

    Is the modem in "modem only" or "modem/router" mode?

    Is the Orbi in "router" or Access Point (AP) mode?
