Sub 50 mbps from satellites via 5g wifi or ethernet

Hi guys, were you able to figure out this issue? I've tried many of the tips on the forum but no luck. I have 500 mbps from my ISP, 300 from my router, and 40 from my satellites regardless if plugged...
