Suddenly Super Slow ORbi RBR40
I have an ORbi RBR40 Orbi Tri-band WiFi System and 1 GB fiber internet service from AT&T. I normally get speeds in the mid 200's in most places in my house. In the last few days it has dropped to the low single digits. I updated the firmware to V2.3.1.58 and rebooted the modem. My neighbors on AT&T are not having problems. It says the backhaul status for my RBW30 routers is poor. I unchecked daisychain and rebooted but that had no effect. I re-checked daisychain and again rebooted.
The speeds are slow on all of my devices. Any help would be appreciated.

Try a factory reset on the entire Orbi system since you updated FW. This maybe needed.
Also power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds then back on while the RBR is factory reset. Then walk thru the setup wizard.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
