Surface Book Wifi shows "No Internet, Secured" after connected to Orbi wifi

new setup.  My macbook, iphone, and ps4 connected just fine. However, having trouble with my surfacebook pro.  I am able to connect to the wifi, but it just showing "No Internet, Secured" after conn...

No, my surfacebook pro is not set up for static IP.

Try disabling MIMO, Daisy Chain and Fast Roaming and IPv6 on the router. 

Disable IPv6 on the Surface as well. 

 

If this doesn't work for the Surface, run this quick test on the Orbi router with the Surface, temporarily disable WPA security (none). Connect the Surface, does it connect and get internet? If so, change the Orbi router back to WPA and PSK setting and test again with the Surface. Then try WPA2 and AES Only and again test the surface.
