Television will not connect to RBR40

We have repeatedly been having trouble trying to connect our Orbi RBR40 to our Oled Sony Bravia smart television and unfortunately our 6 months of customer supported has expired & I can not find a live person to speak to - grr!!
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Is there any error message when you try to connect? If so, what is the error message? 

     

    Please describe what happens when you try to connect the Smart TV to Orbi.
