Terrible customer service
Hi everyone, this is my first time that I have ever joined an online comunity but I feel obligated to share my absolutely aweful experience with Netgear. I recently purchased one of the orbi products. While trying to set it up I ran into some minor problems and tried to contact a support team. Funny enough, I am expected to pay $50 to have someone help me set up a $200 product. This is the largest load of bull **bleep** I have ever had to put up with. Netgear, you have lost a customer.

You could have asked users here for help.
If it's a new system, you should have had free help from NG support. Did you contact the right support section?

You are correct, there is free help within 90 days of purchase. That said, after spending 4 hours on hold I decided to give up.
