The Main router is not connecting to the Internet Orbi RBK13

Question

I have done everything I could, read instructions, check on you tube .

There is wifi and internet available in the house, but for the life of me I cannot get internet to the main router.

Blue Lights come on and then thats it, no internet connection available.

Thanks for trying to helpNot sure how do I get those answers&nbsp;Who is your ISP and what equipment did they provide?&nbsp; &nbsp;We have Hotwire/ Fusion Cable/Internet Provider.What is the current firmware on your Orbi device?&nbsp; How Do I find that out ?What device is your Orbi router connected to?&nbsp; Its connected to the Modem Router.&nbsp;Not sure if that can help you to guide me,&nbsp; but Im pretty savy, and I usually dont have any problems connecting any new item I purchase.I followed all the instructions,&nbsp; but it seems everytime i get to finis the set up,&nbsp; the orbi app tells me there is no internet connection,&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

you said there is WIFI and internet in the house. Have you rebooted the internet modem router before setup?

Yes I have rebooted like 4 times.&nbsp;Even did the reset on the main unit, and tried to start over.&nbsp;And followed the instructions again.&nbsp; &nbsp;the unit comes up,&nbsp; and it even finds the other two satelites in the house,&nbsp; but when it comes down to the end,&nbsp; &nbsp;on the Orbi App,&nbsp; it shows there is no internet.&nbsp;I even called my cable provider, and asked them if there was anything that would block the system from allowing internet from getting to the unit.They said no,&nbsp; &nbsp;he even told me they could deliver there own system and set it up, as they also have the same service with a unit called Eero system.&nbsp; So he stated that yes , they all work the same , and customers use them all the time.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;So I dont understand,&nbsp; what is causing the unit to not show internet,&nbsp; its plugged in right to my modem,&nbsp; and nothing.&nbsp; The light on that unit does not turn blue.&nbsp;
