The names I give to my devices get dropped by Orbi
I have an RBR 40 with three satellites and about 35 devices connected. For some reason Orbi drops some of the names I have added. In other cases I cannot find my devices at all. In particular, rig...

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge. In this case, your question is about an Orbi device which is very different technology from the General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk and Non-Orbi) covered here.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
