I've recently starting receiving the following error when I try to login into my medical insurance web site: The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 7783111241381553746

 

I use a Macpro and have two iPhones and two iPads and all receive the same error. It is not browser dependent which is what more google searches say the problem is. I see it on both Chrome and Safarin   I cleared cache, cookies on both chrome and safari to be sure. I have rebooted the router, powered it down and powered down the Power or IP device. (I use an ISP that uses LOS services) I have rebooted the Macpro. This is new as I have logged into this website for years. I have checked my router configuration for blocked websites, IP etc. Nothing there. No parental controls are in force.  No blocked sites. I am behind a McAfee Firewall on my phones and IPads, but not on the Macpro. I use Sophos Home Premium Antiviral SW V2.2.8. I have used Sophos for 6 to 8 months and have hit this website  after it was installed. I'm going to the community because the common element with this issue is the router since it is not platform or browser dependent.  Oh and I can hit the website and log on from my cell network so the error is produced only when I'm on my home network, which is run by the Orbi.

    If you google search "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID" you can find a lot of other people reporting this error.  You've already cleared the cookies, one of the common suggestions, and the other is that some firewall device (WAF) is blocking access.

     

    Are you connected to a corporate or work network VPN when this happens?  If not, what is your ISP and do they run a firewall for all connections?  You should also contact your ISP support as that is the other common element to your diagnosis.

  • What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
    Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?

     

    Is Armor or Circle enabled?
