You have some seriously large latency. In one of the threads someone mentioned the router CPU running excessivly high. Something on your network may be causing it. Considering you had the same issue when wired to the router means it's not a wifi interference issue - correct?
It certainly sounds like you need a call into support to diagnose this.
But I would also make sure to turn off UPnP as it caused a similar issue for me.
