Too hard to get support

Question

I bought an Orbi RBR50 for almost $400 exactly 90 days ago.&nbsp; Could not figure out how to get support.&nbsp; My live chat expired today.&nbsp; Cant get help from Netgear.&nbsp; I returned it and bought an eero system.&nbsp; I hear they have customer support.
