touch controls not working

Just bought the orbi voice and the touch controls does not ilumminate and does not work i can only raise the volume with alexa. cant control anything.

Was there any solution to the touch controls on the Orbi Voice not working?  This one is doing the exact same thing.  It was first plugged in out of the box on Tuesday, so it's not a wear and tear issue!

      I'm having this same problem with a RBS40V, the firmware version es 2.3.6.4, and is just impossible to change the volume or mute the microphone.

        A new firmware was released for RBS40V 2.5.1.2 (Orbi Mode for Orbi). Kindly update the firmware. Here's the download link:
