Traffic Meter Locks Up Network RBR50

I'm having a (2) fold issue. My traffic meter stopped working. I've tried turning off DST and it doesn't resolve the issue. When I've disabled Traffic Meter and enabled it the internet connection will drop and come back. I'm noticing even after I reset the counter it's not resetting to a current date. 

 

Any help would be great.

    Try updating FW to v40...
