Transfer ownership on my Orbi

Hi there,

I have given my Orbi to a relative. How do I transfer the ownership of the serial to them?

Since it's out of support I assume I can't contact NG support without incurring costs.

    This question comes up a lot, and it appears that Netgear has no obvious method to do this.  The advice I have seen is to contact one of the forum moderators, by sending a private message to them.  Start by clicking on the link to a moderator, such as Blanca_O 

    They prefer that private information (names, serial numbers, etc.) not be posted to the general forum.
