Transfer
We recently got the orbi rbk50. I tried to do the rapid transfer from my phone to my husband's phone. It won't let me send anything. I get an error message that says we're not on the same network or connection issues. But he can send my phone stuff just fine.

yes rapid transfer suggests you are using some form of app to achieve this , are you sure both are connected to the orbi wifi and there is no other wifi transmissions in the house
