Trouble setup Orbi AC1200 (RBR10)

Hi, I am trying to setup the Orbi AC1200, RBR 10 and need help in setup. The system does not recgnize the internet. Please help.   Thank you, NW

This is SO COOL.  You may be the first person to contact the community forum about this new product.

 

How are you setting it up?  (Orbi web interface using a computer or the Orbi "app"?)

You were careful to connect the "Internet" port on the RBR10 to the modem?

What is the brand and model of the modem?

 

If you (literally) just received this product, I believe it comes with 90 days of "complimentary support".  On the web page where you register the product serial number, there is link to support where you can contact Netgear.
