Trouble with Orbi app
Is there any way to get access to my password to be able to control my app. I’m answering my questions, but it keeps saying invalid answers. They are the right answers for sure. It’s very frustrating ...
If you can not remember that password you may need to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10+ seconds this will set it back to password but you will have to go through the orbi setup again.

I’m having trouble with the admin password actually. I’m able to log in to my account with my email.
are you talking about the password to log into your router to access the settings?

- The admin password. Yes, I can’t control the settings at all.
