TRYING TO RESET A PASSWORD. I ANSWERED THE 2 SECURITY QUESTIONS LIKE WHAT CITY BORN IN AND A YOUNGEST SISTERS NAME AND IT DIDNT ACCEPT IT. I TRYED SPELLING MY SISTERS FIRST NAME IN ALL WAYS CONCIEVABLE BUT IT STILL SAID IT DIDNT MATCH. IT DIDNT GIVE ME ANY OTHER QUESTIONS TO ANSWER EITHER. SO I MAY HAVE TO CONTACT SUPPORT DIRECTLY.&nbsp;

No need to contact support.&nbsp; Do a Factory Reset on the router and during the setup you can set the administrative password to anything you like.&nbsp; Be very careful to specifically select the security questions and fill in answers you will remember.
