TRYING TO CHANGE PASSWORD BUT THE SYS DOSENT LIKE MY SECURITY QUESTION ANSWERS.

TRYING TO RESET A PASSWORD. I ANSWERED THE 2 SECURITY QUESTIONS LIKE WHAT CITY BORN IN AND A YOUNGEST SISTERS NAME AND IT DIDNT ACCEPT IT. I TRYED SPELLING MY SISTERS FIRST NAME IN ALL WAYS CONCIEVABLE BUT IT STILL SAID IT DIDNT MATCH. IT DIDNT GIVE ME ANY OTHER QUESTIONS TO ANSWER EITHER. SO I MAY HAVE TO CONTACT SUPPORT DIRECTLY.

    No need to contact support.  Do a Factory Reset on the router and during the setup you can set the administrative password to anything you like.  Be very careful to specifically select the security questions and fill in answers you will remember.
