Tweaks for better wireless performance of Rokus?
Hey. So, I'm not sure if this is an Orbi issue and if there are some settings I can change to improve performance, but I'm having some issues. My setup is RBK50 (RBR50 + RBS50) and FiOS gigabit conne...

I'm surprised that the ethernet port on a relatively new device (like Roku) would be 100 mbps. But, if you know that about your devices for sure, then that would explain it. Nevertheless, ~87 mbps should be good enough for any streaming needs.
I dare say that you'll get better latency and more reliable speeds through Ethernet than WiFi (even if WiFi has a spikey high benchmark number).
Edit: Found this:
Every Roku with an Ethernet connection only supports Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps). With network overhead, actual maximum speed is closer to 90 Mbps. What your Roku is reporting is about all it can do. And unless you are trying to watch uncompressed UHD content from a local source, it's more than enough for anything that streams.

87mbps is good, for sure. I'll take that. But I'm only able to hardwire one of my TVs. I don't have ethernet pulled through the whole house, just the basement. So my other devices rely on wireless and the speeds they're currently seeing simply aren't enough for my needs.

I can't help w Roku (don't have one).
I have resorted to Powerline networking (PLP2000) in addition to RBK50 to provide steady, reliable ethernet connections for receivers, Hopper, TV etc that stay in one place. I hate using any WiFi if I can avoid it (exceptions for phones and tablets). I will eventually string Cat 6 through the walls for my fixed devices when I have time.
Powerline costs more and the performance depends on the wiring of the house, so YMMV.
Your settings for Orbi WiFi looks OK. Maybe check in Roku forums for solutions from other Roku users.
