unable to access some websites

Mar 24, 2020Orbi doesn't block websites in itself.
What type of modem do you have?

Thank you for your reply.
I am using a BT home hub as a router. I know I should have disabled the wifi on it but I'm not that confident of what I am doing and as I really need to have the wifi working as I have 5 people working from home at the moment (!) I was frightened to tinker!
However, if I re-attach to the home hub I can access anything I want.

This sounds like a case of running 2 routers in your system. Not recommended but it can be done.
You may want to start here, there is a further link on how to fix. IF you can run your network without the BT home hub, do so. Otherwise you'll need to place the Orbi (?) in the AP mode.

How funny! Guess what? I can't access the page telling me what to do to fix doubel NAT!! I'll log off the orbi and try that.
