Unable to connect Orbi Voice with my RBR20 router
Hello,
I'm unable to connect orbi voice with my orbi rbr20 router. I currently have 2 other satellites working with the router but wanted to extedn with orbi voice. I've tried everything, resetting orbi voice, upgrading firmware but everytime when I go through the sync it says it cannot be found.
Model Version - Orbi Voice with Orbi RBR20 router
Firmware - Just upgraded router to current firmware but it shows V2.5.1.16
OS - Tried with Apple Macbook Pro on admin screen and Iphone app
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to check if you were able to successfully synced the Orbi Voice Satellite to your existing Orbi Router (RBR20).
